My Own Written Story Which Inspires Me All The Time

I written this story when I was in 12^th standard and was 18 year old in 1984.Name of the story was “Who is the best “

There was non co-operation from all my major body parts namely Eyes,Nose, Ears ,Hands,Legs and Fingers as they are not following the orders given by Brain .They are all fighting for the all important title ‘Who is the best”.As the conflict grow the brain called a meeting of all of body parts.All of them said they are given specific job and hence they request my brilliant brain to take decision “Who is the best “.My brilliant brain told them I am not sure about “Which is the MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE BODY’but can decide on that only when that body part stop functioning.After that normalcy restored and co-operation increased and till now there is no conflict.In the period thereafter all the body parts not complaining and my brain always feeded them properly.Now I am waiting which body part or parts will stop functioning first. 

16 % Maratha's in Maharashtra

How 16 % reservation is not an advantage to MARATHAS in Maharashtra

Maratha’s at  present occupied more than 16 % government jobs in Maharashtra,there are more than 16 % MBBS doctors belongs to Maratha caste.Maratha is a caste in Maharashtra which are more than 16 % of total Maharashtra population.They are demanding reservation in Government Jobs and in education.If we apply basic mathematics then when a caste get 16 % reservation will be applying through that 16 % window and not from available 50 % population then how this reservation will benefit affluent class from Maratha’s.Actually Maratha's will get 8 % reservation out of 100 % population which is not an advantage.

A few years back I was incharge of a railway station to maintain a REST HOUSE on the platform for checking staff.One day CCM from Mumbai visited this REST HOUSE and she found dirty bedsheets on each bed and dirty toilet.She asked me a question’Why as an incharge you not maintain the REST HOUSE properly? My reply astonished her.I said there was not a single user for last two years who visited this REST HOUSE so what was the use to maintain this REST HOUSE.My reply satisfied her and thereafter she erased that RESTHOUSE from record.Now at Warora where I am living ,I noticed a TRAUMA CARE CENTRE constructed 6 years ago at a cost of 20 Million Rupees and till today in 2018 not a single doctor posted there.This means we are maintaining  a building for nothing.At least the constructed building should be used for another purpose. Similarly a STATUE of Mahatma Gandhi decorated at huge cost at Gandhi Square Warora at huge cost .Where commercial use of the site is really have importance then the statues should be shifted from such places.At GANDHI garden Warora by incurring huge cost a ladies and gents toilet constructed .This was done without referring the frequency of the users.This is nothing but waste of PUBLIC money.The above few incidences may propel you to point out similar cases in your place of living.

Grievance Description

The consumer forums established in the country to address consumer complaints.They are in place to encourage consumers to lodge complaints .I lodged consumer complaint at CHANDRAPUR DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM vide registration number CC/18/148.On 27 September 2018 the case came for ADMISSION HEARING .The PRESIDENT of the Chandrapur district consumer forum not admitted the case and disposed it off on ground that the HARASSMENT DURATION by MSEDCL employee was far less that was 72 hrs and as per his view the case was not fit under harassment ,the duration of harassment should be more.How we can differentiate HARASSMENT.If any employee fails to do his duty properly and due to such negligence if customer suffers then is this not a harassment case.Please look into this case and order to admit it.What is wrong in sending notice to MSEDCL Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. As per complaint for negligence due to their employee causing harassment.After submission of reply by MSEDCL the case can proceed accordingly.The consumer Forums should not discourage consumer on false ground.Billing unit 2178 Warora subdivision

Following serious irregularities noticed during this case are 1. I received the case was on board/hearing notice SMS on 27/09/2018 at 7 am on my mobile for same day 1030 hearing at Chandrapur.I am living at Warora which is situated at 46 Km away from Chandrapur. 2.No order copy provided to me nor any details loaded on CONFONET. 3.Actual hearing attended by 2 members out of 3. 4.Though timing given 1030 but hearing took place at 1230 5.President during hearing informed me that MSEDCL not work in night and asked me whether I possess inverter.The other member not participated in hearing.It lasted for 2 minutes.
