As per this attached news article
Supreme Court Judge comments given as “What if there is no Governance “.It is
after our law minister commented that Judiciary must refrain from governing.I
am with the law minister the judiciary should not interfere in governance.
Prioritywise if we decide then JUDICIARY is the first thing to be governed in a
proper manner. Why so many petitions pending in courts? The capability of
JUDGES are not measured/governed properly.The judges delays decisions and
because of that the laws misused .When we see Supreme Court initiated schemes
like “MID DAY MEAL”.The scheme from the beginning not supervised properly and
it is a fact that SCHOOL is not a place to cook .Who is responsible for
children”s death due to food poisoning.We should not take decisions by the
courts is the last word and always implementable.We should always oppose the
idea of governance by courts.

1.PMT-Prime
Minister Toilets :At every popular square at each district Head Quarter in
India build 24 x 7 manned and 24 x 7 watered twin two room public common toilets
,one western style and one indian style pay to use toilets cum 24 x 7 bathrooms
of world class.User should have to pay Rs 10/- per use.At a cost of 4 lakhs per
twin toilet cum bathroom we need 5000
toilets at an investment cost of about 2000 Crore rupees.At least 70 Sq.Feet
area required per unit.The unit builder has to provide all cleaning and manning
operation after construction.
2.PM Chess
tournament and atheletics meet week : Announce a PM tournament of atheletics
and chess at each district head quarter from 14 September to 20 September 2018
at an an investment cost of 5 lakh per tournament at an estimated cost of about
200 Crore Rupees.The event is for open category and every chess participant
have to carry their own chess board.Mostly District Sports ground should be
used for this purpose.All event champions will receive Rs 21000/- prize and
chance to represent district at state level meet.

Now-a-days cricket in the world
played in three formats.Test,One day and 20-20.We are living in a country where
most people know cricket and love watching and talking about it.If we see the
format then everybody may agree that all three formats are different and to
play in a champion manner different techniques used by players.
In Test Cricket---Staying at wicket
is important
In One Dayers – To score at least 7
runs per over is motto
In 20-20-To score at least 10 per
over is planned
In all these formats the game is
different ball game .We need to pick up three different teams for these three
formats. Technically very rarely one can
play three formats in masterly fashion.We allow each state to pick up three
different teams for three formats.Three teams from all union territories will
be picked.BCCI will conduct three championships for domestic three formats.The
champions will be decided and then we have the luxury to select our National
team .Sponsors for cricket teams is not that difficult in India.To follow
cricket in state mould is required for more promotion in cricket.

As per the statistics we are receiving under NSAP ,National Family benefit Scheme almost yearly we are spending Rs 600 Crores annually .In this scheme we provide Rs 20000 assistance.Statistically this scheme crossing Prime Minister Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana PMJJBY which has Rs 330/- yearly premium.If we use proper statistical figures then almost all under BPL Below Proverty Line in age group 18 to 70 can be covered under PMJJBY and the BPL family may receive Rs 2 Lakh for the death under BPL person.Why we not give more benefit to BPL when it is possible .

In Maharashtra the vacant engineering
seats is definitely a problem.Student do not want to learn engineering because
they are not able to get job after securing BE/B.Tech. We must now explore the
possibility whether these seats can be offered to students who came out of ITI
after 2 year courses .We need to relax entry level score and qualification.We
need to concentrate more on concept wise education rather full time degrees.

- We need Central Bureau of Investigation office at each district head quarter pace to receive financial corruption related complaints which will be monitored by finance ministry at central government in INDIA for research and corrective measure.
- In everyday life in INDIA the common modus oparandi used and repeatedly used by corrupt people to make money and why people ,government not stopped or limited such actions is very strange thing to have happened and happening.
- When we have to investigate any financial fraud/scam in India ,we see SIT formation ,Persons taken to Police custody ,I personally think this method of investigation is time consuming and not effective,totally eyewash.We need to investigate through A/C to A/C deposits on computer
- Today Supreme Court of India asked people to come forward if there is violation of FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT.Supreme Court must decide now whether to get justice in a court quickly is not a fundamental right ?Which has large implications.
- In India in some states like Maharashtra Law regarding Plastic use adopted.These states must now declare MSP Minimum Support Price to purchase used plastic in the state immediately.
- Those who seems successful in this world have done calculation differently,in their life they to a problem 1 + 1 = 2 they masterminded in removing addition to calculate 1 + 1 = 11 ,thats their brilliance ,we have to watch / follow such personalities.
