In Karnataka state in India assembly
election held in 2018 and as per result Bharatiy Janata Party got 104
seats,Congress 78 seats,Janta Dal[s] 38 seats and others got 2 seats in a 222
member assembly.After result Congress supported JD[s].BJP and Congress,JD[s]
combine met Governor and claimed majority.Governor asked BJP to form Government
in Karnataka and prove majority in 15 days.Congress filed petition in Supreme
court .The CJI appointed 3 member Bench to listen the matter.At 0130 am to 0530
am the matter listened by the bench and passed an order in which they changed
the Governor order in giving 48 hours instead of 15 days to prove majority in
house.Here it seems The Governor of Karnataka favored BJP but it is a political
advantage.Congress got wonderful chance to counter attack politically but they
floored that chance by filing in SC.Governor is a constitutionaly appointed
authority and to change its decision in anyway is not possible for Supreme
Court under present laws in INDIA.This is a clear case of judicial interference
.Supreme court ordered to appointed Chief Minister that he can not take any
policy decision and not to appoint any member is normal decision and could have
been redressed by the Governor.If there is President order and will Supreme
Court change it?.

In 2018 Karnataka Vidhansabha election ,after result the Governor of Karnataka given first chance to Bharatiy Janta Party to form Government and prove majority within 15 days.Congress filed case with Supreme court as they combined with JD[s] have majority.I personally feel Supreme court will not interfere in Governor's decision.What Congress and JD[s] MLA have to do is the following.
1.They have to postpone their oath taking ceremony as a MLA to be given by the Governor[Protame Speaker] to 15 days that is the time period given by the Governor to BJP.
2.Unless the MLA take oath they can not participate in any way in the working of Vidhansabha.
In my view Karnataka Governor trapped Bharatiy Janata Party and Congress need Indira Gandhi like acumenship to take political advantage to tackle current political situation in their favor in INDIA.

We need to amend the ANTI DEFECTION LAW IN INDIA in such a way that valid defection is possible only after 360 days after becoming a member of legislative assembly /loksabha.

1.There is no study conducted by
Reserve Bank Of India about why people need more cash at ATM
2.Inside bank why people use cash to
pay cash to bank
3.Almost everywhere in all banks
there is no POS counter of the bank to pay cash to bank.
4.Major banks involved in supplying
POS to merchant locations but they have no POS inside bank.
5.RBI have not studied at all why
people are in a “Q”inside banks.
6.Even today in many banks PRINTING
OF PASSBOOK is not available during their working hours continuously.
7.The cheque deposit box not
brilliantly used so that people can do give instruct other transactions at any
time as per their schedule.
8.Many POS can be used as MINI ATM
but such instructions not given by banks to publicise this service outside POS
9.The instruction of RBI that at
Metro ATM above 3 and in non metro ATM above 5 transactions are chargeable is
not understandable.How many bank ATM users exactly keep record of their ATM use
in a month.Rather all transactions at Rs 10/- per transaction should be be made
mandatory.The surplus amount banks will get should be used to load ATM
continuously and ATM cash to be insured.

- In India Government should stop preparing estimate of any work ,call tender to prepare estimate .Then select estimate and then call work tender.
- At present Indian Government is planning law for death to sexual assaulters of kids below 12 years .In my veiw RAPE is RAPE a victim may be of 8 year old or 20 year old There must be one punishment "DEATH" to all convicted in rape case.
- Widows gets government jobs on compensation ground but government not provide job at the place where the widow have family .This leads a widow to live lonely life.Government must resolve this issue by giving jobs to widows as per their willingness.
- I personally feel that for every committed mistake there is appropriate punishment,and to notice the punishment on record as well as off record methods can be used.Nobody can escape without being punished for their mistake.
- We all know that water is required to swim and air required to breath but without water and air we can imagine swimming and breathing only thing is it must be in your mind.This is true for everything.
- If there is a money scam then it is always possible to recover the lost amount .
