First time I received GOLD MEDAL in 1981

I stood first in my class{ Eight Standard }and for that academic excellence I received gold medal in 1981.Those subjects which were in school curriculum at that time still are same today.At that time we were scoring out of 100 in each subject and today though in some schools gradation system used but I feel scoring marks is better system for merit wise rank formation in populous country like INDIA.I personally want 1.Observation skill 2.Interview the two new subjects of 100 marks each from Standard 1 to Standard 12.I further want that there should not be any CET for any courses after 12 th standard instead Class 7^th , class 10^th and class12th  scored marks in all subjects be considered together to form a merit list to get admission in all courses after 12^th .There should not be any supplementary examination in any standard and nobody fail in any exam ,the students get marks as they actually score.

It was 1980,our school trip by train went to visit North India.We visited Delhi,Amritsar,Chandigarh.At Amritsar we visited Wagha Border,INDIA-PAKISTAN border.To our Indian soldier performing duty at the border,one of my friend said”Major,you are very lucky to get chance to serve nation at border,must be feeling proud.”The reply of that soldier shocked me at that time,he replied “KIS BAAT KA ABHIMAN,PET KE LIYE SAB KARANA PADATA HAI”meaning in English”Why should I feel proud ,I am doing duty to fill my stomach”.I was fourteen year old at that time.

I was in a residential school and we did not possess any radio with us.I was topper in my class and with other two from my class were selected by our Higher HINDI teacher to check the students hindi essay writing copy.We used to visit Teacher’s house at 8 PM every Wednesday and in their home radio listen to “BINAKA GEETMALA”a Top chart hindi songs programme presented by famous Amit Sayani.

Other venue in those days were Dhobi’s{Washerman}house to listen cricket commentary on radio.In Hindi commentary ,Sushil Doshi was very famous.

I firmly favor that there should not be any school or college which is receiving government grant without co-education.To know each other co-education is must in INDIA from early education days with its 50:50 population.

When I was crazy for HINDI movies

I was in eighth standard in 1980 ,in a residential school at Nashik,Maharashtra,INDIA.We get on weekend OUTPASS so that we can leave the school premises and visit the NASHIK city.But we were not getting OUTPASS on all weekend SUNDAYS.On one such SUNDAY when we were not allowed to leave school premises I with my three friends decided to see a HINDI movie in nearby colony’s open movie theatre.We went at 0230pm and came back at 0530 ,welbefore roll call at 0600pm.Everything was OK till 10pm when our warden called night rollcall.There suddenly he just asked the students who went out to fall out.We four were surprised to find that how our warden noticed our breaking the rule.As a punishment I was shifted from special room to common room in a hostel.I never broken the OUTPASS rule again.It was December and I used to bath with cold water at 3 am and was studying in my common bed in a hall.One night I found two eyes watching me from the window ,he was our warden.The next day I was again shifted back to special side room.

Irrigation well scheme:

My neighbour’s wife got irrigation well in their agriculture land in village.They are HUF and have Rs 7 lakh village house and Rs 30 lakh city house ,besides Rs 12000/- pension of state govt.

My relative got irrigation well in their agriculture land of about 5 Acre.The family receives family pension of about 8000/-P.M.and two son on 7/12 are jobless.

Gharkul:One family whose monthly income is below 5000/- got Gharkul.

   In above two schemes the beneficiary got 2.5 lakh aid from the govt.The main purpose of these schemes is to uplift the income of the family.My grievance is we are not aiding the suitable beneficiary and the way aid is given is not correct.The value of 2.5 lakh at present rate is about 1700/- per month if we invest in monthly income scheme.The beneficiary must get the benefit of 2.5 lakh aid and for that the amount 2.5 lakh must be credited in the beneficiary account so that he/she start receiving monthly income.Let this continue for at least one year.In between check for the credentials of the beneficiary .Later if the beneficiary is found suitable then allow the person to spend money in that scheme.If the beneficiary is in poor state then , MIS will be continued.

Our aim should be to allow honest citizens  to represent people everywhere. For that

we need to collect correct data of the people who want to represent while submission of

forms. One entry is vital in the form i.e. how the person going to spend money on election

and where from he/she get that amount? After submission of form, this entry should be

first correctly scrutinized initially, there after allowing the candidature!

Second aspect is percentage of voting. Today we must keep faith in the functioning

of rnodern techniques and use of it by citizens of lndia. Election cornmission possess website

and also different authorities like Income Tax, Transport, SIM CARD, Internet provider have

correct data by the, name of the People. We must utilize this aspect so that besides physically

presenting at the election booth, one must also able to cast one's own vote by using e-mail,

mobile, SMS, MMS landline phone. We must provide these things by using correct, accurate

password registration pattern.
