7th
pay commission implemented by central government to its staff from 01 January
2016 ,the same recommendations implemented by some states like Maharashtra but
the decision of Maharashtra government to pay arrears in five installments to
pensioners from 2019 was very wrong thing to have happened .The Maharashtra government
was in power from 2014 and they very well know about the 7th pay
commission from 2016 so why not they made adequate provision in budget so to
provide arrears in single installment. The Maharashtra government must be practical and sensitive about the age of
pensioners. If any pensioner die then the family may face legal problems .The
Maharashtra government not even informed the pensioners about the total arrears
the pensioners will get.
Governance Innovatively to find practicable solutions to every problem is the basic theme of title "Thinking Vinay Dadmal way "
