Amend rules regarding
right to defend
If the
accused want and ready to pay in advance the cost to provide house custody at
any place the investigation agency want then such option should have to be
considered by courts because one has very legal right to defend against any
crime before conviction .We need to amend rules regarding type of custody.A
five Star hotel room can become a custodial place.
Right to defend is one's own fundamental right before any charges to be proved in courts.
