H ave already completed 75 years of independence and at present we have very strange sitting arrangement inside SDO and Tahasildar offices in Maharashtra .We have posted SDO and Tahasildar to help people and not to rule them so bring their chairs at ground level and let people should talk to them sitting .People should not stand before them but must seat across table.

Now a days 20-20 Cricket and One day Cricket played with MINIMUM 5 Baller restriction in any match.Each baller in 20-20 can bowl max. 4 overs each and max. 10 overs in one day cricket match.

     To get more excitement we need to change this rule and allow MINIMUM 4 baller restriction in 20-20 cricket and one day cricket.This way in 20-20 each baller can bowl max.5 overs in a match and in one day cricket each bowler can max. bowl 12 overs each.

महाराष्ट्रात बेरोजगारी अशी कमी करता येईल

सध्या ज्या पध्द्तीने सरकारी नोकर भरती केल्या जात आहे त्याला एक ठराविक दिशा देण्याची गरज आहे .बेरोजगारी जी वाढते आहे त्याला त्वरित पाऊले घेऊन आटोक्यामध्ये आणणे गरजेचे आहे . समाजामध्ये हुशारीचे वाढते प्रमाण व नोकरी न मिळणे नैराश्य वाढवीत आहे ,हे त्वरित संपणार नाही पण खालील धोरण राबवावे.

१.सध्या सरकारी नोकऱ्यावर जेवढा खर्च होत आहे तेवढ्या खर्चामध्ये दीड पट नोकऱ्या त्वरित निर्माण करणे आवश्यक आहे .सध्या महाराष्ट्रात १४ लाख सरकारी कर्मचारी आहेत त्याच्या दीड पट म्हणजे सुमारे ७ लाख नोकऱ्या वाढवणे सोबत खर्च न वाढविता असे करणे गरजेचे आहे .

२.सर्व्हिस सेक्टर मध्ये कर्मचाऱ्यांचे आठवडी कामाचे दिवस ५ वरून ४ करून १ दिवसाचे वेतन न देणे ,असे करून पैसे वाचविता येईल .

३.नवीन सरकारी नोकरी विषयी आकर्षण कमी करावे लागेल .

४.खूप  सुरुवातीपासून ८ वि पासून व्यावसायिक शिक्षण द्यावे लागेल .

५.खेड्यामधले शाळेमध्ये शेतीविषयक  शिक्षणाला अगदी ५ वि पासून सुरवात करावी लागेल .

६.शेतीवर आधारित जास्त उद्योग निर्माण करावे लागेल.

७.शेती मध्ये श्रीमंत लोक इन्व्हेस्टमेंट करतील याकडे लक्षपूर्वक काम करणे गरजेचे आहे.

8.Rural education is different and school timing in RURAL EDUCATION must be from 7 AM to 2 PM

  Student must work in their farms after school timing with their parents.

9. SSC /10 th level board exam must be in their own school.No Centre change required.

10.Digital Locker must be introduced from 1^st Std.

11.In all certificates Aadhar No. and Photo must be attached.

  With above referred suggestion I mentioned that we need to use PM cares fund innovatively to promote HONESTY and FAITH in the world citizens through our Prime Minister .In continuation to this fact please conduct the following on occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Birth Anniversary 2^nd October 2022.

Invite Thoughts on Topic –This World My Family / Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam in Hindhi /He Vishwachi Maze Ghar In Marathi from all Citizens in the World .

1.      This competition is in two groups ,

a.Indian Citizens age no bar  can submit their thoughts in any Indian language in their own handwriting upto 2000 words written in full scape paper with full contact address details .To be submitted to Prime Minister Office ,New Delhi ,110001 INDIA on or before 20 October 2022.The envelope containing this entry must bear ‘ Entry for PM thoughts Competition 2022 ‘caption .This entry will not need any postage in India.

b.World Citizens of any country  age no bar can submit their thoughts in their national language or in any Indian language in their own handwriting upto 2000 words written in full scape paper with full contact address details .To be submitted to Prime Minister Office ,New Delhi,110001,India 0n or before 30 October 2022.The envelope containing this entry must bear ‘Entry for PM thoughts Competition 2022’ caption.

2.100 from Indian Citizens and 100 from Foreign Citizens will be awarded Rs 1 Lakh each .

3. Runners up 100 Citizens will be given FREE INDIAN RAILWAY free pass for 4 per Citizen pass in Sleeper class to visit 5 Railway destinations to visit in INDIAN RAILWAYS .

4.All media support should be given for such COMPETITION in India and abroad.

5. Awards will be given awards in NEW DELHI on 26^th January 2023

6 Award entries will be published in all Govt. publications.

I object to the IDEA of PM CARES TRUST  and ITS MEMBERS.PM CARES must be TOTALLY under PRIME MINISTER.At present The PM is very creative in helping not only Indian Citizens but also Foreign Citizens .He is very friendly in making relations and also travels too much . He receives so many requests .So he must able to help directly to people with DBT without any fraud element .He also need funds for FAITH and HONESTY generation among CITIZENS of the WORLD.So let him decide HOW HE SPEND PM CARES FUND.He is the BEST ambassador of GOODWILL everywhere so let him better his this aspect among CITIZENS in the WORLD.PM of INDIA is the DEMOCRATIC elected POST and we must care for our PM that way.He is also dreaming to help PEOPLE and come across so many problems .He can give so many PATHBREAKING ideas with PM cares fund utilization.
