Why we need Board Exams for HSC & SSC

Now we have EDUCATION POLICY to conduct Entrance Test for admission in each and every course after HSC to do graduation and nowhere the marks scored in HSC & SSC are counted then why to conduct board exams for HSC and SSC.Let the schools conduct these exams.When we are using one big filter then we do not need another filter in education .

Legal studies in schools in India

Legal Studies in schools

As per the following news Legal Studies can be introduced in std 8 to 12 std students in schools.For std 11 and 12 students Legal Studies can be in group with science, arts, commerce .This should be implemented from next academic year ie 2022-23 in Maharashtra.These students should be given at least 30 % seat reservation in LLB.For imparting legal education the persons with LLB qualification can be used on period wise contract salary basis in such schools in all medium.

Legal Education

The syllabi and textbooks brought out by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) as a follow up of the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), 2005 adequately integrates the legal education concerns from upper primary to senior secondary stages of school education. In addition, some of the supplementary materials prepared by NCERT also focus on legal literacy. In the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) affiliated schools, teaching of Social Sciences is compulsory till Class X, which, inter-alia, includes knowledge about the basic structure of the legislature, executive and judiciary, including the basic framework of the legal system, the ways laws are created in India and basic coverage of the Constitution of India and the rights it grants. CBSE also offers an optional academic elective subject, namely, ‘Legal Studies’ in Classes XI and XII as fifth or sixth subject with any combination of subjects. Since, education is a subject in the Concurrent list of the Constitution and the majority of the schools are under the jurisdiction of State/Union Territory (UT) Governments, it is for the respective State/UT Government to impart the legal education in their schools.

The information was given by the Minister of State for Education, Smt. Annpurna Devi in a written reply in the Lok Sabha today.

आरक्षित प्रतिनिधित्व नियम असे बदलले पाहिजेत

ग्रामपंचायत ,जिल्हा परिषद ,नगर परिषद ,महानगरपालिका येथील  जे आरक्षित प्रतिनिधित्व देण्यात येत आहे ती लॉटरी पद्धतीने जागा आरक्षित करण्यात येत आहे व हि पद्धत चुकीची आहे व ती बदलणे गरजेचे आहे। समजा एका प्रभागात ST महिला आरक्षित जागा आहे तर ती महिला फक्त त्या प्रभागाचंच प्रतिनिधित्व करीत नाही तर पूर्ण शहराचं ST महिला प्रतिनिधित्व करीत असते शहरातील बाकी प्रभागातील महिलांना हे प्रतिनिधित्व करायची संधी मिळत नाही त्यामुळे पूर्ण शहरात ,ग्रामपंचायत मध्ये ,जिल्हा परिषदेमध्ये पूर्ण जागांमध्ये ज्यापण आरक्षित जागा आहेत त्या पूर्ण आरक्षित जागांसाठी सर्वच प्रभागात उमेदवार उभे करावे लागतील आणि निवडणुकीमध्ये त्या आरक्षित जागेसाठी ज्याला  वयक्तिक सर्वाधिक मते मिळतील त्या वयक्तीलाच ते आरक्षित प्रतिनिधित्व करता येईल । यामुळे कुणावरही अन्याय होणार नाही। आरक्षणासाठी लॉटरी पद्धत बंद होईल। त्या प्रभागातील प्रत्येक मतदाराला एक पुरुष व एक महिला असे दोन मते द्यावे लागतील। आधार ऑथेंटिकेशन मेथोड लागू केल्यानंतर मतदाराला कोणत्याही प्रभागातील आपल्या पसंदीच्या उमेदवारास मत देता येईल

OBC reservation in Maharashtra

  OBC आरक्षण कोर्टातूनच का बरं पाहिजे आहे 

जेव्हा कोणत्याही निवडणुकीमध्ये कुणाला आपल्या पक्षाचे तिकीट द्यायचे हे पूर्णपणे राजकीय पक्ष ठरवत असल्यामुळे आणि फक्त ५ % जागांवर अपक्ष उमेदवार निवडणुकीत विजयी होत असल्यामुळे कोणत्याही राजकीय आरक्षणासाठी कोर्टात जायची  गरज नाही। बरोबर विचार केला तर सुप्रीम कोर्टानी जे म्हटलेलं आहे  कि खुला प्रवर्ग तुन निवडणूक व्हाव्यात हे OBC च्या फायद्याचं आहे। आर्थिक निकष लावले तरी इंपिरियल डेटा मध्ये ओबिसिला क्रिमी लेयर लागू असल्याने ओबिसिमध्येच बायफरकेशन आहे। सध्याची परिस्तिथी पाहिली   तर SC ,एसटी आणि OBC च राजकीय प्रतिनिधित्व ठरविणे कोर्टाच्या नाही तर राजकीय पक्षाच्या हातात आहे। सामाजिक स्तिथी बदलायला जातीच्या ग्रुपला पूर्ण आरक्षण देता येत नाही हि वस्तुस्तिथी आहे

How to develop middle school to MODEL SCHOOL in Maharashtra

 

Let the Model schools to compete with private schools

In Maharashtra to develop 488 schools as Model schools is very good step but to be digital does not mean to provide digital appliances in the schools.Please do the following changes in Model school selection and development.

1.If a school is selected have upto 8 classes then add classes upto 10 .

2. Bifurcate Anganwadi into nursery , KG-1 and KG-2 inside school premises and besides anganwadi teachers use the D.Ed. teachers to hold periods on KG-1 and Kg-2.

3.Hold exam /interview for teachers who wants to serve in a model school and then train them .

4. Let stay at the Model School place compulsory for teachers  if possible provide quarters hired for this purpose.

5.Add digital library.At least 1 in English, 1 in Hindi and 1 in Marathi newspaper be provided to students in off periods .

6. The Model School students should not move to appear in SSC exam

7.Computer lab with internet connectivity must in the school.

8. At least 5 tours to different parts of our country compulsory in a year.3 of them in local places.

9. The student participation in all district level sports activity compulsory.

10. Exchange program for 9 th students with the other schools in a one day mode compulsory for at least 5 days .

11. Arranging educational seminar with other schools compulsory for at least 4 times a year.

12. From standard 1 a student should have a bank/post  saving  passbook .

13. At least once a year Collector of a district must visit these schools.
