Be Firm CM Maharashtra

Please CM Be firm on your decision

You are not a puppet CM and you are CM of Maharashtra.Please  remember late Shri Balasaheb Thackeray ,he was always protested for common man values and interests.This is the best chance you got in your life to protest in favor of students so be firm on cancelling the final year examination in state.Please resign as CM if others not follow your decision.What will happen ? Shivsena will form the government with majority singlehandedly and will become national party.We are in India are independent is a myth.Please check with your intelligence source and you will find decisions in INDIA are taken as per FDI and foreign loan .Once again I say you must resign in protest.

It is observed that COVID-19 has the lowest mortality rate in the world compared to other deadly deseases/issues.

Why no examination as per UGC act in India

Why No Examination as per UGC act

All written examinations related to Science and otherwise including health science ,engineering [ MBBS,MD,BE ] as per UGC act are all practically oriented courses.When a student scores 95 marks out of 100 in English written examination then we can not say the student can speak English really well with proper pronunciation.Likewise a 40 % marks in MBBS,BE,written examination can give no idea about the person who performed well in written examination.In India Health Science courses involve internship.So even though we upgrade student without written examination the student has to undergo practical training under supervision then after successful completion he/she may get working license.Because of this COVID-19 pandemic we must think properly and explore opportunity to provide practical skill related training to our students.The practice to declare student pass/fail as per his written examination score have NO BASE in UGC Act.So think wisely in favor of students.

Human Rights Violation Covid-19 in India

Human rights violation during Lockdown.

At the start of LOCKDOWN  in India the central government declared Rs 4 lakh each to COVID-19 death to next of kin of deceased person.As per my view the migrant workers death during travel by road or on train were due to COVID-19 forced migration hence the next kin of dead migrant workers should also get Rs 4 lac assistance .This may be in addition.When we declared LOCKDOWN in INDIA the Government directed citizens to STAY AT HOME so for migrant workers also not to send them to their homes was a mistake we already committed.Humanity is above everything.How can under which rule in India we kept Citizens against their wish in Shelter homes.They were not PETS,they were citizens of our country.

Cricket Betting in India

After COVID 19 BCCI must be listed in BSE and must be allowed to do legal betting in the world. Cricket is money puller and this money will finance other sports activities in India.

NEET for Students in India

NEET meaning

As per Supreme Court NEET is eligibility test which a student must pass by scoring at least 40 % marks to get admission to MBBS and BDS .Any state can prepare merit list of students based on marks a student scored in all subjects at SSC and HSC from that state.This will lessen the partiality towards urban students and provide some chance for village students.Merit list based on NEET score not necessary for states to comply with.
