Assembly Election 2019 in Maharashtra

I lodged following grievance on 07/10/2019 with AAPLE SARKAR registration number Dept/GADE/2019/953 but no action yet taken.We want on one hand more citizens on voting booths to cast their votes in coming assembly election but do not want to take a simple legal step in time is RIDICULOUS.The grievance is

“How the election commission have access to monitoring Voting Slips to Voters in Maharashtra in coming election on 21 October 2019. 1. Please provide information on how distribution of voting slips be 100 % “

I want a clear instruction from the Election Commission to all district Collectors to distribute and ensure all voters in Maharashtra voting slips in time at least 3 day in advance may be upto 18 October 2019.

How to increase Voting % in Election in India

Assembly elections will be held on 21 October 2019 for Maharashtra [288 seats]and Haryana [ 90 seats]assembly.What legally the Election Commission of India can do to increase voting percentage.

1.Legally it is possible for EC to mandatory distribute voting slips to voters at least 3 days in advance.

2.Voting % will automatically increase as per the % of voting slip distributed to voters.

3.The fair result will come if voting % cross 85 % voting.

Pensioners problem in Maharashtra,India

7^th pay commission implemented by central government to its staff from 01 January 2016 ,the same recommendations implemented by some states like Maharashtra but the decision of Maharashtra government to pay arrears in five installments to pensioners from 2019 was very wrong thing to have happened .The Maharashtra government was in power from 2014 and they very well know about the 7^th pay commission from 2016 so why not they made adequate provision in budget so to provide arrears in single installment.The Maharashtra government must be  practical and sensitive about the age of pensioners. If any pensioner die then the family may face legal problems .The Maharashtra government not even informed the pensioners about the total arrears the pensioners will get.

If the accused want and ready to pay in advance the cost to provide house custody at any place the investigation agency want then such option should have to be considered by courts because one has very legal right to defend against any crime before conviction .We need to amend rules regarding type of custody.A five Star hotel room can become a custodial place.

It is found that the government pressurized to reduce GST on vehicles but I want Government to remain firm on GST due to

1. Let automobile companies take decisions to sort out such problem.Afterall this is business.
2. When advantage is to keep number of vehicles on roads in India under manageable limit.3.Only heavy penalty for offences under transport rules not the proper solution its proper implementation necessary.The rules are mainly meant for CITY people and highly ignored in suburban areas.4.Please minimize penalty on headgear use to Rs 50/- per occasion because of implementation problem. The Government can not force people how to safeguard their own life .5.The Government step up actions to reduce vehicle density on roads.
