          I received the above referred order through my counsel on 15 December 2018.As per the order in this case my intention was to intimidate and harass the respondents and hence the cost of litigation Rs.25000/- saddled on me to pay to the respondents.I firmly deny that my intention was to intimidate and harass the respondents.Still I believe that as per my RETIREMENT ORDER dated 08 April 2013,my due date of pension was 09 April 2013 so to get pension from 09 April 2013 was my legitimate right under any circumstances.In my view booklet signing was not that important to pay pension.A day will definitely come when I will able to prove all this.
    None the less I want to pay the litigation cost[Legal Practitioner Fee] Rs.25000/-in the following manner.Please deduct Rs.500/- per month each for 50 months from January 2019 to February 2023 from my pension through pension bank account.
