is the only entity in India which has nearly 100 Crore customer reach from
village level .We have in India a Rs.50000 /-Crore market for parcel packaging
and delivering parcels throughout India .Many multinational companies coming to
India due to this reason .Where INDIA POST stands ? Can they able to earn Rs
10000/- Crore yearly from parcel market .They surely can but how ?
In present Refusal of parcel case The In-charge
Supervisor ie. Sub Postmaster Warora S.O.already stated in his statement that I
was saying at the time of refusal of parcel that about lodging complaint.He was
not taken any action to resolve issue by talking to me as a customer .Sub
Postmaster Warora was responsible for this complaint .It was his duty to talk
to customer and avoid complaint .Now I expect India Post Administration to send
Sub Postmaster Warora and Dealing clerk Warora for a 15 day training on
CUSTOMER CARE.

delivery must be instantaneous like all financial transactions .
