Do this FIRST
We in INDIA have so many rules and regulations
and NOBODY have any interest in implementing them properly.We now want
different new rules/codes coming.We must use mass administrative advanced
techniques first to live with these rules.We think properly then we can get
solutions in everyday life living .Rules always good in drafting but fails to
implement in proper manner.Rules must be simple and easy to understand.
