Public
Affairs Index 2021 declared on 29/10/2021 placed Maharashtra at 12th
place among all big states in India .Mostly studied factors were Government /Government
Servants behavior with public in Maharashtra.We can improve our ranking if we
form a three member with chief secretary as chairperson committee to suggest to
govt. on this topic.The committee should prepare a action to take report within 30 days.
