Whether this a medical
negligence ?
My neighbor a 28 year old pregnant
lady expecting a child on 03/05/2020.She was under treatment with local
maternity hospital/Gynacologist.On 11/05/2020 she was admitted to maternity
hospital ,there she delivered a son.The son then referred to a district private
hospital 46 km away.After some time the mother also referred to district
hospital.During travel the mother of a son died.I do not know about postmortem
reason of death and also not know autopsy done or not.Please suggest me whether
this a medical negligence of Maternity hospital.
