महाराष्ट्र राज्य मार्ग परिवहन मंडळाच्या वणी आगाराच्या बस क्रमांक महा बी T ४६६८ वणी- नागपूर नि दिनांक २५ ऑगष्ट २०१८ ला वरोरा -नागपूर व २६ ऑगस्ट २०१८ ला नागपूर -वणी असा प्रवास केला.आम्ही ३ पूर्ण व १ मुलगा असे ३ १/२ प्रवासी होतो.जातेवेळी व येतेवेळी एकूण ४७५/- प्रवास भाडे पडले. सोबत तिकीट जोडले आहे.एका माणसाचे एकेरी तिकीट १३४/- रुपये आहे .त्यामुळे १३४ X ३=४०२ + ६९ X १ =६९ एकूण रुपये ४७५/- .यामध्ये निधी ४ रुपये आहे .एकूण ४७३/- रुपये होतात पण पुढच्या ५ मध्ये रौन्डेड ऑफ केल्यामुळे ४७५/- होतात.जेव्हा तिकीट १३४/- रुपये आहे तेव्हा अर्धी तिकीट ६७/- रुपये व्हायला पाहिजे तेव्हा अर्धी तिकीट ६९/- का बरं केली आहे तिकीट ६७/- ठेवूनच नंतर रौन्डेड ऑफ ५ करायला पाहिजे. कृपया संबंधित सॉफ्टवेअर दुरुस्त करावे.

Comment By dadmalv (Citizen user) ( September 5, 2018 12:23 PM ) : The billing was not proper is definitely a grievance. Instead of accepting a software mistake terming grievance as suggestion is very unfortunate.This is blunder in handling grievance.I am very sad to receive such bad service.
