Situation No.1:- In India we have CBSE Central board for school education affiliated schools and state board affiliated schools.Affiliation means the rules of operation are framed by and implemented by CBSE and state board.They have to inspects the schools at regular intervals and pointed deficiency has to be corrected by respective school management.So overall responsibility is of CBSE and State boards to get smooth operation and standard in each school.Due to loose administration the school management get clean cheat and hence Ryan like incidents took place.How you as a parent have to do ?Do you wait for a untoward incident to happen with your child ?

Solution : Check the things yourself.Do not blindly rely on any report.

                        We need to have the last benches in each classroom in India reserved for parents to seat in a live classroom without any permission to interfere but to make things under your control with your presence.

Situation 2:-Standard and facilities in each student hostel

Solution :-In each hostel keep one room vacant for parents to stay in the hostel on fixed schedule one by one just to observe things throughout year 24x7
