We soon in
India have Bullet train project inaugurated and financed by Japan located at
Ahemadabad to Mumbai.The project cost will be around 1 lakh crore.We the
Indians have to return this financed amount and our railway record and feasibility
of project and our experience in running transportation project like Air India
[70000 crore in debt]suggest that we have to rethink about such project.We can
not say no to faster trains but when a newer and more fast technology like
Vacuum tubular railway at cheaper rate is available then why can’t we go for it.Ahemadabad
, Vadodara,Surat to Mumbai To Goa will become profitable route if we use Vacuum tube technology through sea
ex Vadodara to Goa.No need to acquire land.
