   Those families in India whose combined family income is below  Rs 10000/- monthly and not having immovable property above Rs 10 lakhs and living in village and in case of families living in cities the family income should not be above Rs 20000/- monthly and not having immovable property above 20lakhs will be given social security cover.

 A}  Those falling in above category will be given optional food security.

 B}The fees to be paid by the government under RTE seats and MBBS ,IIT seats and in any government institute will be 10 % .The remaining amount will be given as education loan through nationalized banks.
