National Proficiency Prize Vinay Dadmal way

The Central government of India should introduce 100000 prizes  of Rs 12000/- each to all national toppers in the standard IV,V,VI,VII,VIII,IX and X.Online list of these students meritwise  generated each year and prize of Rs 12000/- credited directly in nominated students bank  account in two instalments of Rs 6000/- each every year on 15 August and 26 January.Total cost on the government will be Rs 840/-crore per annum every year.Nearly 7 lakh proficient students get this prize every year.The head of the institution where the students are studying is solely responsible to upload all relevant data of the toppers every year.
