सोबत जोडलेल्या लेखानुसार महाराष्ट्रात सरकारी कार्यालयात झिरो PENDANCY  कार्यपध्द्ती लागू करण्यात आली आहे .रोजच काम रोज पूर्ण करायचं .यामुळे होणारे फायदे फक्त कार्यालयापुरते मर्यादित न राहता आपल्या वागणुकीमध्ये ,आपल्यावर असलेली जबाबदारी इमानदारीने पूर्ण करण्याची सवय ,लोकांकडे आपला पाहण्याचा दृष्टिकोन ,आपल्या स्वतःच्या प्रगतीमध्ये मोलाची भर पडू शकतो.तुम्ही कोणीही का असेना समजा या विषयामध्ये तुम्हाला विश्वास  असेल तर कोणत्याही अन्य नियमानुसार तुमच्याकडून कोणतीही चूक कधीही होणार नाही.हि अत्यंत सोपी परिणामकारक चांगली कार्यपध्द्ती आहे यात शंका नाही.

My Opinion on Published Article on Policing on 20/07/2018-Vinay Dadmal

The article is on policing.I agree with the views expressed that  there is need to separate law and order and investigation .I also agree with the “Quality”policing instead “Quantity” policing.Though I am having difference of opinion in terms of initial recruitment in Police Department.I am of the view that there will be initial recruitment of “Constable “ with age group 26 to 50  and the 30 % vacancies must be reserved to be filled from other existing staff of the government.The existing pattern of allotment of POLICE Quarters will be need based and most of the time rented  private residential accommodation should be made available to police personnels.There should not be direct recruitment for Assistant sub-inspector .This post should be recruited through promotion selection test.

1.News is about NEET through MBBS Admissions:

The data collected shows that the MBBS entry given to around 527  candidates through NEET  got negative marks in subjects Chemistry, Physics and Biology.My grievance is we are heavily depends on our Supreme Court for administrative decisions is very wrong.Supreme Court can not administer day to day work of the Government.We can not get correct candidates through NEET then why we conduct NEET.There are 60000 seats for MBBS in INDIA.We have 7 Lakh BE/B.Tech. engineering seats for which admissions are through JEE and JEE Advanced.This is very high inbalance.Almost half engineering seats are lying vacant last year.This means the administrative decision of the Government should be to stop candidates screening through NEET,JEE type entrance tests.Admit candidates to these courses through combined marks in all subject obtained through VII Standard, 10 SSC ,and XII HSC .Allow colleges to administer their own admission procedure.The candidates should be allowed to submit admission forms in any five colleges.The colleges will prepare their individual admission list.The MBBS intake capacity can be tripled if we allow three shifts.We need to take decisions quickly and must be user based. We still not having a Medical Engineering stream in INDIA.
