We are in Maharashtra a phase where
lot many talented persons are jobless and restless due to no work to do.What we
expect from Maharashtra Government to provide DECENT PRACTICAL SOLUTION to this
problem.Please implement the following .
1.
Retire compulsorily the GOVT.
employees who served for more than 30 years.
2.
Give voluntary retirement to GOVT>
employees who served in between 20 to 27 years of service with option that any
one in their BLOOD RELATION will be given GOVT JOB Class iv and class iii with
7 year training period.These employees can sell this JOB to others also.
3.
There are 28813 GRAMPANCHAYAT in
Maharashtra.Those GOVT> Employees not living in HQ be given option to leave
job or change department.Total 28813 posts of SCHEME CO_ORDINATOR be created
from such JOB holders and PRE TEST will be conducted and PRE training will be
given of 30 days.
4.
In all GRAMPANCHAYAT all ZP school
remaining POSTS be recruited with GRAMPANCHAYAT living YOUTHS on CONTRACT
basis.
5.
All ZP schools will be governed by
GRAMPANCHAYAT.
6.
In all private SCHOOLS upto 10th
if any school having strength below 30 per classroom be given 70% grant for
salary from present 100%.
7.
Total 6 lakhs Students will be
provided 4 month JOB training with Rs 5000/-per month Education Job
allowance.Here a pre test will be conducted from youths in between 25 to 40 age
group having any qualification . The TEST will be in MARATHI.This will cost Rs
1200/-Crore each year.The JOB training as per MERIT will be provided mainly in
ITI.
8.
The above schemes if implemented will
create JOB creation 10 Lakh in 1 year.
