विषय :सोडतीतून आरक्षण नको !

होणाऱ्या नगर परिषद निवडणुकांचे सोडतीद्वारे आरक्षण जाहीर झाले आहे त्यावर सामान्य नागरिकांकडून हरकती / सूचना मागविलेल्या आहेत त्याप्रमाणे खालील हरकत / सूचना मी मांडत आहे .

सोडतीतून आरक्षणामुळे बाकीच्या समाजावर अन्याय होतो .एका प्रभागामध्ये आरक्षित अनुसूचित महिला आरक्षण आहे तर निवडून येणारी महिला फक्त त्या प्रभागाचा प्रतिनिधित्व करीत नाही तर पूर्ण शहराचं अनुसूचित महिलांचं प्रतिनिधित्व करते .म्हणून आरक्षित जागा पूर्ण शहरातून निवडल्या जाण  गरजेचं आहे.

एकूण आरक्षित जागा ६ आहेत व एकूण प्रभाग १३ आहेत .६ आरक्षित जागा साठी पूर्ण शहरातून निवडून येन गरजेचं ठरेल .प्रत्येक प्रभागामध्ये एक महिला व एक पुरुष अशे २६ जण निवडून येतील तर आरक्षित जागांमध्ये  ६ जण निवडून येतील .अशे ऐकून ३२ जण नगर परिषदेमध्ये असतील .मतदारांसाठी पहिल्या लिस्टमध्ये  एक महिला व एक पुरुष अशे मत द्यायचे आहे तर दुसऱ्यालिस्टमध्ये सुद्धा एक महिला एक पुरुष अशे मत द्यायचे आहे.दुसरी लिस्ट सर्व प्रभागासाठी एकसारखी असेल .कोणत्याही सोडतीची गरज नाही .

Proposing Tribal M.B.B.S Marathi Medium in Maharashtra

 

Proposal to start Tribal Medical College Marathi Medium at Markanda Gadchiroli

Conduct a Selection Test from 7^th Standard ST students to select 100 students 50 girls and 50 boys to be kept in a residential M.B.B.S. college to be built at Markanda Dist : Gadchiroli from 8^th standard education programme from 2023 batch in Marathi medium.This college is / will be for scheduled tribe students from Maharashtra only.First year M.B.B.S.will commence in 2028.All nearby Medical units to be attached to this college .

BE/ B.Tech admissions in Maharashtra Vinay Dadmal way

 

Admissions to BE/B.Tech in Maharashtra after H.Sc.Procedure Change Required

Previous year nearly 50000 seats remained vacant to available BE,B.Tech. capacity in Maharashtra due to wrong procedure.This year 2022-23 please make following changes.

1.All ST and SC students in MHCET passed category to be admitted to Govt. Engineering colleges .For that if required shifts be increased.

2.SC/ST students not allowed to study in Private Engineering colleges.

3.ITI 2 Year completed students and Graduates of any faculty and of age above 18 to be allowed to study in 1^st year BE,B.Tech.in private engineering colleges on payment basis .Fee will be Rs 3000/- per month for 10 Months.

4.MHCET passing rule can be relaxed to get students in Private Engineering Colleges on payment basis.

5.Engineering Diploma holders can be admitted in 2 nd year BE, B.Tech.directly on payment basis in Private Engineering Colleges as Rs 3000/- per month for 10 Months.

Build Township at Markanda Dist : Gadchiroli Maharashtra India

 

Plan Markanda Dist : Gadchiroli as MODEL TOWN

Govt. of Maharashtra planned to develop Markanda Dist : Gadchiroli as per Govt.decision dated 06/05/2022.Plan Markanda as a MODEL TOWN.Ask MHADA to enter there to provide plots.

 As per Panchayat Raj system the elected representative of Grampanchayat, Zilla Parishad, Nagar Parishad and MNP needs urgent training for at least 7 days at stretch.So build a digital training centre for 100 persons ie.100 rooms .Such training centre can be used by Tribal Development Department to provide Tribal Unemployed Youth for SSC, MPSC,UPSC pre exam preparation.The administrative officers at Gadchiroli can be used for to provide such training.No new staff needed.

Paid Maternity Leave Vinay Dadmal way

 

Paid Maternity leave to Working Woman in Maharashtra

At present 180 days paid maternity leave available to woman employee of Govt. of Maharashtra.Please give further an optional benefit to all working woman employees that they can get 760 days leave at stretch but the concerned lady will get salary of 6 months /180 days distributed over 24 months/720 days.Once a female employee opted for 2 year maternity leave she can not reverse her such decision.A woman will replace on contract basis such employee.The selection and suitability will be location based.It can be extended to Central Govt. woman employees.

Woman waiting list for that location will be prepared in Grampanchayat, NP and MNP.
