  OBC आरक्षण कोर्टातूनच का बरं पाहिजे आहे 

जेव्हा कोणत्याही निवडणुकीमध्ये कुणाला आपल्या पक्षाचे तिकीट द्यायचे हे पूर्णपणे राजकीय पक्ष ठरवत असल्यामुळे आणि फक्त ५ % जागांवर अपक्ष उमेदवार निवडणुकीत विजयी होत असल्यामुळे कोणत्याही राजकीय आरक्षणासाठी कोर्टात जायची  गरज नाही। बरोबर विचार केला तर सुप्रीम कोर्टानी जे म्हटलेलं आहे  कि खुला प्रवर्ग तुन निवडणूक व्हाव्यात हे OBC च्या फायद्याचं आहे। आर्थिक निकष लावले तरी इंपिरियल डेटा मध्ये ओबिसिला क्रिमी लेयर लागू असल्याने ओबिसिमध्येच बायफरकेशन आहे। सध्याची परिस्तिथी पाहिली   तर SC ,एसटी आणि OBC च राजकीय प्रतिनिधित्व ठरविणे कोर्टाच्या नाही तर राजकीय पक्षाच्या हातात आहे। सामाजिक स्तिथी बदलायला जातीच्या ग्रुपला पूर्ण आरक्षण देता येत नाही हि वस्तुस्तिथी आहे

How to develop middle school to MODEL SCHOOL in Maharashtra

 

Let the Model schools to compete with private schools

In Maharashtra to develop 488 schools as Model schools is very good step but to be digital does not mean to provide digital appliances in the schools.Please do the following changes in Model school selection and development.

1.If a school is selected have upto 8 classes then add classes upto 10 .

2. Bifurcate Anganwadi into nursery , KG-1 and KG-2 inside school premises and besides anganwadi teachers use the D.Ed. teachers to hold periods on KG-1 and Kg-2.

3.Hold exam /interview for teachers who wants to serve in a model school and then train them .

4. Let stay at the Model School place compulsory for teachers  if possible provide quarters hired for this purpose.

5.Add digital library.At least 1 in English, 1 in Hindi and 1 in Marathi newspaper be provided to students in off periods .

6. The Model School students should not move to appear in SSC exam

7.Computer lab with internet connectivity must in the school.

8. At least 5 tours to different parts of our country compulsory in a year.3 of them in local places.

9. The student participation in all district level sports activity compulsory.

10. Exchange program for 9 th students with the other schools in a one day mode compulsory for at least 5 days .

11. Arranging educational seminar with other schools compulsory for at least 4 times a year.

12. From standard 1 a student should have a bank/post  saving  passbook .

13. At least once a year Collector of a district must visit these schools.

TET Teacher Eligibility test to open for all graduates of all ages

At present in Maharashtra TET is a needed qualification to get Govt.Job as teacher and only D.ED and B.ED holders can get chance to appear for TET.When we have given a syllabus to appear for TET then allow all graduates to appear for TET and add Interview besides written test mandatory for TET.This is a competitive world then let the best talent come in front.

Model School

 Model SCHOOL

As per Letter no ./ PIO/708/2022 Education officer office [ Primary ] ZP Chandrapur Dated 22/02/2022 ,ZP middle school ,Salori Tg- Warora selected and will be developed as Model School.I visited the salori school premises and found found following descrepancies .

1.     The school is upto Std.7 and not upto 8

2.     There is no space for any construction inside school premises.

3.     There is no play ground of the school.

4.     No teacher living at Salori

The basic requirements are not there at Salori then why and what for the school is selected .The best option available is Netaji ZP high School Warora .Where the  output of a model school can be tested.

I hereby request you to correct the selection .The hard earned money of the citizens should be spent on activity not on paper but actually the result must be noticeable.

Teacher should be desciplined

'एलटीसीच्या नावाखाली शासकीय निधीवर डल्ला' हि बातमी लोकमतच्या "हॅलो पुरवणी' पेज २ दिनांक १३ फेब्रुवारी २०२२ ला आली आहे .त्यामध्ये लेखा परीक्षण अहवालामध्ये चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील जिवती पंचायत समितीमधील ५४२ शिक्षकांनी एलटीसीची बोगस बिले  सादर करून लाभ करून घेतल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे .यामध्ये त्वरित चार्जशीट देऊन शिस्तभंगाची कार्यवाही करून कमीत कमी ५ वर्षाचे इन्क्रिमेंट गोठवणे अत्यावश्यक आहे .त्यामुळे काहीसा वचक राहील हि अपेक्षा आहे.
