'एलटीसीच्या नावाखाली शासकीय निधीवर डल्ला' हि बातमी लोकमतच्या "हॅलो पुरवणी' पेज २ दिनांक १३ फेब्रुवारी २०२२ ला आली आहे .त्यामध्ये लेखा परीक्षण अहवालामध्ये चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील जिवती पंचायत समितीमधील ५४२ शिक्षकांनी एलटीसीची बोगस बिले  सादर करून लाभ करून घेतल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे .यामध्ये त्वरित चार्जशीट देऊन शिस्तभंगाची कार्यवाही करून कमीत कमी ५ वर्षाचे इन्क्रिमेंट गोठवणे अत्यावश्यक आहे .त्यामुळे काहीसा वचक राहील हि अपेक्षा आहे.

We are in the 17^th year of RTI act 2005 ,please introduce facility to file online second appeal to State Information Commissioners from throughout Maharashtra.This is a basic need.

The whole RTI 2005 draft is based on only one aspect that is to bring TRANCEPERENCY in Government Agency working .The SPIO have no right at all to refuse information requested by falsely mentioning wrong sections of RTI 2005.Wheather a request mode is in form of question but if answer is with SPIO then he has to reveal it.He can not deny the information .May be he may mention his inability to present it.I appeal to you to force the SPIO to provide requested information in the form he possess it.RTI act 2005 is more citizen centric.A government servant owes a lot to a citizen because a salary comes from citizen’s tax payment.In this case hostel information for unemployed ST youth is sought if it is not in those cities then it can be demanded through public representatives MLA/MLC in VIDHANSABHA/VIDHAN PARISHAD etc.The same is the case about Tribal Medical and Tribal engineering colleges in state.

 Request to run free slow local trains in Mumbai between

00 to 4 am in night

FROM 26 JANUARY 2020 RUN FREE LOCAL TRAINS IN MUMBAI WITH 3 MINUTE HALT AT EACH STATION.ALLOW TO CARRY 50 KG PERISHABLE GOODS[ NON VEG NOT ALLOWED]TO EACH PASSENGR.Passengers must carry idetificable details while travelling.

We need IPR aware society in India and for that Please take an initiative and include a 30 day course on IPR in Maharashtra in all MSCIT centers ,promote this course like MSCIT .If possible it must be bridged with MSCIT course.
