Subject : PPP mode development in increasing MBBS medical colleges

It is a fact that MBBS degree holders are less and in demand in our state. PPP mode is good in long term but why to ignore our present facilities and infrastructure in present MBBS colleges in Maharashtra.I visited several MBBS colleges and found that if we use one upon one bed system and recruit staff for 2^nd shift in all medical colleges then instantly our intake MBBS capacity can be doubled from 5500 seats to 11000 seats and with PPP it can be tripled if properly managed.

We lost first test today and credit must go to the TOSS which England won.In India TOSS is very important factor as almost every ground in India first 2 days pitch favorable for batting and on other 3 days pitch deteriorates.Winning TOSS in India gives 50 % assurance of winning a Test Match.To avoid such partial behavior of TOSS,The ICC must decide of TOSS every ODD test means as per current test series England won the first test toss so there will be no toss in second test match but it will be assumed that India won the second test match toss.Again on third test match in Ahemadabad Toss will be held. This will end the partiality of toss.
