The Maharashtra Government decided to pay fully the salary to their employees for the month of April 2020.The order during lockdown from government to employees was to work from home.As per labour rules the government must pay to government employees for the duty they performed during lockdown period.The basic need to pay any employee is their attndence/muster record.As this record was not with the government for lockdown period ,the government should ask the employees to claim the salary for the month of April 2020.For that the employees must submit an application on which they write their on duty attendance,their place of stay during April 2020 [ complete address of the residence ] and work performed.Government must keep in mind they nowhere allowed employees to stay away from HQ during April 2020.Verify the applications and then pay the salary .It is taxpayer money and must be used correctly.

In Support of Common Man against Doctors

During this LOCKDOWN period Doctors wants some legislation and have some demands , as per them common man attacking them at their working place.Their demands are genuine and must be accepted 100%.But while accepting demands please also accept following demands of common man.

1.As per IMA [ ICMR ] in India some guidelines/ profession conduct rules [Ethics ]issued to all Doctors to follow during their interaction with their patients.In that a Doctor must show his IDENTITY with his medical qualification in full form on his prescription pad and in his cabin/table.A doctor must be qualified enough to prescribe medicines.To check this a PHARMACY  should provide MEDICINE Bill to patients with the name of doctor who prescribe medicine.All others /Health workers must also hold Identity cards with professional qualification.

2.The person in PHARMACY should also hold professional qualification.

SOME FACTS 

1.Doctors not show their complete qualification while working.

2.Nurses and Health workers in Private clinics /Pharmacy not have professional qualification.

Now I am watching lot many programs on TV due to LOCKDOWN.One such program is “Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma “a HINDI serial.Today I was watching this serial and Anjali Bhabhi suggested her husband Tarak Mehta that sometimes husband must see the world through his wife’s eyes.I accepted this suggestion.It is very practical. I  am getting new experience .Do it yourself.
