It is observed that a bank customer when approaches bank branch to lodge any complaint the bank officials try to resolve it orally and bank customer left with no record of his complaint/Grievance.Please make mandatory to keep complaint book in all banks so a customer can have access to it.

1.There is entrance test for B.Sc. Agriculture 4 year degree course in India.Please cancel the entrance test.Let the eligible students who possess 10 + 2 qualification in any science stream to take admission in B.Sc. Agri in college of their choice.After admissions see the outcome.Allow all admissions.Increase staff in colleges where students are more than the capacity. Allow shift in that college.

Is this not practically possible ?Think about which courses we need to promote in India.

1.We in India not spending intelligently on schemes meant for common man.

2.Priority programming is missing everywhere.For example we are well equipped infrastructure for ground level railway network but instead of using it we are going for elevated railway network.

3.When we know water shortage is the main problem area in INDIA then no planning and programming done to address it though most of the money spent around agriculture.The quality of accessing the problem in agriculture is mainly given to TALATHI who has very limited knowledge of agriculture.

4.The administrative control is not available in states .The employees working in government sector have no adequate knowledge about the subjects they are working in.The employees make mistakes and nothing the Incharge Officers doing to Punish such activity.No fear for wrong work  doing among employees .

5.Decision making of the IAS officers is not upto mark.They are not using their powers effectively.
