I saw the serial 'Tarak Mehta ka Ulta Chashma' yesterday. The word 'thinking campaign' has been used by Jethalal it struck immediately in my mind. We will air 'Cleanliness Movement' like 'Thinking Campaign 2019' Then We also find a solution to any problem at our level.

Financial Justification of any Work

In INDIA everywhere work is allotted by inviting tender.We need to introduce following few guidelines in any government work allotted through tenders.

1.At the place of work a board is displayed about estimated cost of the work/project,there a few sentences must be written about financial justification of the work/project.

2.There should be a Work Supervisory Committee of at least 5 members who will be responsible to pay last 5% bill of the work.The members of this committee should be above 40 years and must be having clean record about tax payment and living in the vicinity of 100 meters from the place of work.

Why Shirdi Saibaba Trust can not plan & spend ?

Who do not want to possess money ! Everywhere Everybody want to have it.As per the attached news Shirdi Saibaba Trust gives Rs 500 cr to build canal network for Nilwande Dam to be executed by Government of Maharashtra.This is very strange news. In INDIA the trust do not have their own plan and network is really very strange thing to have happened.One thing is very sure People donates money to TRUST to give money back to Government is not what they expect.There is ample opportunity to the TRUST at SHIRDI where they can spend money on very very standard activities/aminities.They must think about giving back to people rather providing interest free loan to government.
