   In INDIA we have four constitutional concessions SC,ST,OBC and OPEN.Let CITIZENS opt for which concession .Allow that.What benefit the concession will give to that person if not in the original list then the benefit will be financed.Let people make mistake of choosing concession

   One MLA from MUMBAI commented wrongly about women and reaction from all over state came ,condemning such thought.This is good but a OPEN category caste people agitating for to get CONCESSION, which is not possible but nobody wants to give reaction . Do we need caste based policy.

   If I buy PISTOL to safeguard myself and later I kept that PISTOL inside http://locker.Now  the PISTOL becomes useless without user without any purpose.Same thing with RAFEL.

In INDIA we have CBSE and State run boards to impart language education and conduct examination for that language at the end of year.Books circulated and syllabus declared before conducting examination.The change I want is everywhere at SSC/10^th level students face board examination ,there will be no syllabus for language test nor any TEXT book.The central government must take financial burden of providing daily two newspapers each in English, Hindi and local language to all government run schools .The daily newspapers should have more than one lakh per day circulation.The language teachers then use these newspapers to deliver lectures on that language.No separate grammer taught at SSC .The board will conduct examination in the manner that the student will able to use his own mind in answering the language test.The normal TEXT book pattern will continue upto 9^th standard only.

Programme Implementation Vinay Dadmal way

The PRIME MINISTER of INDIA recently announced their decision to hike the wages of Anganwadi workers in INDIA and also provided insurance cover under PMSBY and PMJJBY .I welcome this decision.My grievance is about such PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION.The decision lacks innovation and no use of banking.The various departments of central government not giving proper feedback to government about implementation is definitely not good for INDIA.Almost every Anganwadi worker will receive Rs 1000/- monthly pay hike in her bank account.The change I want is for first 12 months the pay hike be deposited in bank account but The Anganwadi worker will not be allowed to withdraw this amount in first 12 months.After 12 months this amount almost Rs 12000/- will be fixed in her bank account.The FD interest will be then used to auto debit and pay annual premium payment for PMSBY and PMJJBY ,Rs12/- and Rs 330/- .This move and the FD amount Rs 12000/- will increase CREDIT of that Anganwadi worker.This FD with REGULAR RS 3500/- monthly payment is such that on any FINANCIAL requirement Rs 10000/- personal loan is always available to that Anganwadi worker.This will save almost Rs 100/- Crore of the government .The wage hike if instantly given then I do not think there will be any saving and at the end of the month bank account will have no balance.
