Please find herewith attached news published in The times of India/Nagpur times heading reads as Post-Chanda ban,RPF posts 271 %increase in cases of liquor seisure on newpaper date 19/09/2017.The news is related with working of RPF posted at Chandrapur and Balharshah railway station of Nagpur Division ,Central railway.At the end the news reads as-The liquor and the persons found in possession of the bottles are later handed over to the state excise department for action as we lack power to initiate legal process against them.The news given the statistical data of minors/females nabbed. About this news please provide following information.
1.The concerned RPF involved in carrying seizure and search operations of females and minors are doing these under which power given to RPF.
2.If we apply common sense then for 1 correct seisure/search there may be 20 searches involved .How the RPF relate such action under which rule.

As per the news published in Times Of India Nagpur edition dated 15/09/2017 HIGH COURT Mumbai ,HC division bench rejected petition of a student saying that-When the state has fixed the minimum eligibility criteria to maintain standards of a particular curriculam ,it is not expedient in the interest of justice to interfere with the same and to relax the said standards in favour of the petitioner.Please provide following information with this statement of High Court.
1.How a State Government found that a standard is achieved if minimum % restriction is put on admissions,through what type of study.
2.Please refer the fact that almost 50% engineering diploma and BE seats are vacant in current year so state government is having infrastructure which is unutilized.
3.When a student without any educational background say 5 th standard wants to study in engineering ,you have vacant infrastructure but because you set a particular restriction deny a student from learning
