The action taken in SBI , code 00501 to rectify mistake in Gold Loan disbursement is also implementable in all branches of SBI in India .Waiting for such implementation. CPGRAMS COMPLAINT Inbox SBI 501 2:17 PM (9 hours ago) to me Dear Sir, This is regarding your online complaint regarding irregularities observed by you during processing of your gold loan. Your concerns have been noted by us and our controllers. We are already in the process of appointing one more gold appraiser at Warora. The appraiser will visit branch and give weight and purity certificate in presence of branch officials. Customer need not visit the appraiser for obtaining this certificate. .
