The Co-operative bank or any other private bank if collapse or Nationalized banks not reporting profit means we are rather Reserve Bank of India is not supervising in proper manner and RBI intelligence not working properly.Responsibility of Banking in India lies with RBI.All the corrective steps needed RBI must take with or without consultation with GOI.
