New suggestion to RBI in bank customer favor


It is observed that a bank customer when approaches bank branch to lodge any complaint the bank officials try to resolve it orally and bank customer left with no record of his complaint/Grievance.Please make mandatory to keep complaint book in all banks so a customer can have access to it.
