In INDIA we have four constitutional concessions SC,ST,OBC and OPEN.Let CITIZENS opt for which concession .Allow that.What benefit the concession will give to that person if not in the original list then the benefit will be  financed.Let people make mistake of choosing concession

    There are benefits due to concession is not correct ,let people declare themselves in particular category.
