1.Every Petrol pump
2.Every Toll Tax collection center
The Petrol pump owner should be
allowed to collect Rs 2/- per liter from users.
The toll tax collection center owner
should be allowed to collect Rs 2/- from the users two wheelers at these
points.No record will be maintained for such collection.
