In India if
someone wants to nominate anybody after his/her death then nomination by name
is allowed in case of insurance, bank accounts, mutual funds but we must insist
to add bank details of nominated person.In case of land 7/12 mutation one must
allowed to file nomination with Talathi so later no delay in any form of
mutation change.In all forms of nominations bank details of the nominated
person be made mandatory.
