Strongly DISAGREE with New Chief Justice of INDIA

As per the attached news in ‘NAVRASHTRA’newspaper dated 7 October 2018 the Chief Justice of India Hon’able Mr.Ranjan Gogai pointed out that In USA advocates are in ratio 200:1 and In India it is in ratio 1800:1 and hence we need to increase ADVOCATE population in INDIA to solve JUDICIARY pending cases problem.I strongly disagree with such solution ,when we have wound in head then we can not have to put bandage on legs.Now with latest technology it is possible to wipe out PENDING CASES without increasing JUDGES strength in only 30 days.Think about it-WAIT FOR MY SOLUTION.

Please read the attached news and also read the suggestion given to Prime Minister of India in January 2018.Compare it .Which you find better and practically implementable.I am living at ground level and is common man on street so my reach is limited but I hope for the best and will keep trying innovative governance methods.

Your Message / Suggestion: We in India will have Loksabha 2019 election coming,I want to suggest the AADHAAR authentication to be used in conducting this election.

what Positive change your Suggestion will bring: We are spending a lot on conducting election and lot many personnels are deployed instead if we use digital way of AADHAAR authentication method then less time ,less time duration required to conduct election.This will also promote one India concept by allowing citizens to vote for any contesting from anywhere to anybody.

How to Implement:  Loksabha 2019 election Vinay Dadmal way
The way the past Loksabha and Vidhansabha elections were held ,very large manpower and money used to conduct the elections.Now let us decide to conduct the LOKSBHA 2019 election in a different manner and without EVM Electronic voting machine.
1.At present 10 crore per day authentication is possible on AADHAAR network so AADHAAR identity authentication should  be used in 2019 LOKSABHA election.
2.No petrolling policing will be deployed at any polling booth.
3.Common service center at each village and at selected places in cities including post office AADHAAR authentication centres will be used to cast vote electronically on internet site specially opened for election by Election Commission of India.
4.Any person with AADHAAR can vote from anywhere in India or abroad can authenticate first and then vote for anybody from any constituency across India.
5.The election will be held for 15 day period means a citizen can visit at any of these days at any listed AADHAAR authentication center and cast his/her vote.
6.All listed AADHAAR authentication centres will be notified and equipped accordingly.

7.Results will be made available soon after 15 days altogether.
8.The screen at polling booth willdisplay name of the candidate,symbol and name in english,hindi and local language.Preferably mouse selection or touch screen selection

As per the news Doctors who practices medicines and give prescriptions to patients charged penalty for bad handwriting.This is very interesting news as far as MEDICAL PROFESSION in INDIA.As per Medical Ethics how many doctors prescribe medicines and is it as per their qualification is really a concern to all.Even in GOVERNMENT hospitals DOCTORS works without their IDENTIFICATION.We in INDIA have complaint based network it means only after complaint investigation take place.The current step of Charging Doctors for their prescription handwriting is welcome step as a beginning in right direction.
