Grievance and feedback about IRRIGATION WELL SCHEME & GHARKUL[HOUSE} SCHEME

Irrigation well scheme:

My neighbour’s wife got irrigation well in their agriculture land in village.They are HUF and have Rs 7 lakh village house and Rs 30 lakh city house ,besides Rs 12000/- pension of state govt.

My relative got irrigation well in their agriculture land of about 5 Acre.The family receives family pension of about 8000/-P.M.and two son on 7/12 are jobless.

Gharkul:One family whose monthly income is below 5000/- got Gharkul.

   In above two schemes the beneficiary got 2.5 lakh aid from the govt.The main purpose of these schemes is to uplift the income of the family.My grievance is we are not aiding the suitable beneficiary and the way aid is given is not correct.The value of 2.5 lakh at present rate is about 1700/- per month if we invest in monthly income scheme.The beneficiary must get the benefit of 2.5 lakh aid and for that the amount 2.5 lakh must be credited in the beneficiary account so that he/she start receiving monthly income.Let this continue for at least one year.In between check for the credentials of the beneficiary .Later if the beneficiary is found suitable then allow the person to spend money in that scheme.If the beneficiary is in poor state then , MIS will be continued.

Our aim should be to allow honest citizens  to represent people everywhere. For that

we need to collect correct data of the people who want to represent while submission of

forms. One entry is vital in the form i.e. how the person going to spend money on election

and where from he/she get that amount? After submission of form, this entry should be

first correctly scrutinized initially, there after allowing the candidature!

Second aspect is percentage of voting. Today we must keep faith in the functioning

of rnodern techniques and use of it by citizens of lndia. Election cornmission possess website

and also different authorities like Income Tax, Transport, SIM CARD, Internet provider have

correct data by the, name of the People. We must utilize this aspect so that besides physically

presenting at the election booth, one must also able to cast one's own vote by using e-mail,

mobile, SMS, MMS landline phone. We must provide these things by using correct, accurate

password registration pattern.

Respected Minister GOI for tribal affairs,

 In 1950 ST reservation given by declaring a list of caste as tribes.At that time why list of citizens belonging to ST not declared was not known.But now as per 2011 census/survey caste and living place wise list of citizen is available.Now is the time to declare citizens name belonging to ST on net .The so many cases pending in  courts and elsewhere will over and in few years time caste factor will be erased.This is what the constitution wanted.It is possible to bridge the walls between caste in INDIA
