I read news published about Delhi govt.decision to hike anganwadi salaries by 100%.I am in favour to increse salaries but can you give importance the way the anganwadi workers work.Do you feel as CM of delhi there is need to have anganwadi at first place.All people around are enrolling their children in LKG-UKG.Why LKG-UKG not attached to primary education and there these anganwadi workers can be used with increased salary.

How to Implement:  Tourism in India Vinay Dadmal way
A] Declare some of the tourist spots where some concessions will be given like 50 % concession in rail fare if your ticket is of that tourist spot and your journey is above 500 km in II M/E class of travel.To begin with let us for example declare JAMMU as such tourist spot.May be all J&K railway stations be included.
B] Declare 50% concession in reserved class in rail fare for women in India.Also In those trains where Tatkal reservation system is in operation all women will get confirm reservation if ticket booked before 48 hours of the scheduled departure of the train.To compensate fall in revenue due to concession to women  increase all reserved class rail fare by 20 % of destination railway stations of tehasil and district HQ only.

Your Message / Suggestion: We in India will have Loksabha 2019 election coming,I want to suggest the AADHAAR authentication to be used in conducting this election.

what Positive change your Suggestion will bring: We are spending a lot on conducting election and lot many personnels are deployed instead if we use digital way of AADHAAR authentication method then less time ,less time duration required to conduct election.This will also promote one India concept by allowing citizens to vote for any contesting from anywhere to anybody.

How to Implement:  Loksabha 2019 election Vinay Dadmal way
The way the past Loksabha and Vidhansabha elections were held ,very large manpower and money used to conduct the elections.Now let us decide to conduct the LOKSBHA 2019 election in a different manner and without EVM Electronic voting machine.
1.At present 10 crore per day authentication is possible on AADHAAR network so AADHAAR identity authentication should  be used in 2019 LOKSABHA election.
2.No petrolling policing will be deployed at any polling booth.
3.Common service center at each village and at selected places in cities including post office AADHAAR authentication centres will be used to cast vote electronically on internet site specially opened for election by Election Commission of India.
4.Any person with AADHAAR can vote from anywhere in India or abroad can authenticate first and then vote for anybody from any constituency across India.
5.The election will be held for 15 day period means a citizen can visit at any of these days at any listed AADHAAR authentication center and cast his/her vote.
6.All listed AADHAAR authentication centres will be notified and equipped accordingly.

7.Results will be made available soon after 15 days altogether.

what Positive change your Suggestion will bring: We are using ATM and different techniques must be presented to people for cashless plasic cheques of pre determined amounts.

How to Implement:  The idea is to be implemented through reserve bank of India.

At present we are using cheque to issue pre determined amount to be encashed at banks or deposited in their accounts.We need to introduce PRE-BOUGHT PLASTIC CARD CHEQUES to be encashed at ATM or get that amount deposited in their accounts.Say Rs 5000,10000,20000,30000,40000,50000,100000 pre prepared plasic cards be on sell through banks like the bank cheque books.A commission of 2% will be charged and a SPECIFIC PIN with this PLASIC CHEQUE will be on sell at banks.
